We're back with the big #6 issue of our weekly QJ How-To Series, and this one here is a continuation of the discussion we jumpstarted last week on Copyright Issues and Homebrew. Let's pick up where we left off last week, shall we?

It's been another week, and it seems like life in the Nintendo blogs has picked up a little. Mario games have always been popular in the UK, and Super Mario Galaxy proves it by beating out the likes of Fallout 3, Fable II, and even GTA IV for BAFTA's Best Game Award. The GAME Award this year goes to Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, as voted on by gamers.

The Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (CESA) awarded Nintendo's Wii Fit and Capcom's Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G top accolades in this year's Japan Game Awards held during the ongoing Tokyo Game Show. More awardees after the jump.

Like in the UK, Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots has yielded its place after only a week on top spot in the Japan software charts.
