Sonic the Hedgehog - Image 1 The older entries in the Sonic series have been re released so many times that hardcore collectors probably have whole rooms dedicated to them by now. It doesn't look like Sega will be stopping the rehash train any time soon, however.

SSBR - Image 1The homebrew coders from the SSBRumble DS team has released a new version of Super Smash Bros. Rumble DS, a homebrew game based on the ever popular Wii game Super Smash Bros. The latest update features 21 new characters, added collision detection, timer, attribute system, new stages and various other improvements.

Ryo Hazuki in the house! - Image 1Mention Shenmue III to any Shenmue fan and you'll probably get one of two reactions: a breakdown followed by uncontrollable sobbing or a vicious and expletive -filled rant against Sega. While that series doesn't seem to be getting any closure anytime soon, series protagonist Ryo Hazuki is making a comeback of sorts. In Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing, no less.

Sega teaser - Image 1Sega's teasing something new with an interactive countdown site and a whole lot of balls. "Interactive" because the timer doesn't even show the countdown automatically. You have to click on a lever to get the number to change. Good one, Sega. Make 'em work for it!
