DS - Image 1Homebrew coder FluBBa has released a new version of S8DS, a port of the SEGA 8-bit emulator SMSAdvance for the NIntendo DS. The latest update has added some new features and some other bug fixes.

Finally we see a PS3 kicking ass in the sales charts, finally we see another big homebrew breakthrough for the PSP, and finally, it looks like things are definitely looking up for the videogame world in general. DS - Image 1DS homebrew developer FluBBa is back with the latest update for his emulator, the S8DS v0.3. To those who have yet to hear of this project, it's basically a port of SMSAdvance to the NDS, and is a Sega emulator for the said handheld.

Ryo Hazuki in the house! - Image 1Mention Shenmue III to any Shenmue fan and you'll probably get one of two reactions: a breakdown followed by uncontrollable sobbing or a vicious and expletive -filled rant against Sega. While that series doesn't seem to be getting any closure anytime soon, series protagonist Ryo Hazuki is making a comeback of sorts. In Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing, no less.

Tokyo Game Show - Image 1With GamesCom out of the way, there's still another big gaming event on the calendar: the Tokyo Game Show.
