You can read it, you can already breathe it - E3 anticipation is quickly building up, teaser after teaser, bit by bit of every chunk of info we get. We've got all sorts of pre-E3 news on the Nintendo side this week. And as if they were holding their own homebrew-E3 this week, Tantric and the other Wiibrewers have rolled out some pretty cool updates and releases for their projects. The gist? We all win. The details? Read on.

The bad boy of the X-Men once again shows us how bad (and a little crazy) he can get. Well if I heal quickly and have adamantium blades shooting up and down my knuckles, heck, I'd be as wild as he is. Anyway, here's yet another trailer for X-Men Origins: Wolverine (Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, DS, PSP), where our boy takes on fellow X-Man Gambit, and the immovable Blob.

Who can forget the the age-old dice game from Milton Bradley, Yahtzee? The latest version of the popular dice game gets its own homebrew incarnation on the Nintendo DS as developer hotkebab99 delivers Yahtzee DS to handheld owners everywhere with its first public release. We're in for a brutal week to kick this month off, marked by Kratos' latest killing trip through God of War: Chains of Olympus for the PSP and Jimmy Hopkins' enrollment for scholarship in Bullworth Academy. War is nigh with Warhammer 40K's latest expansion and Army of Two, though there's still a couple of baseball titles inbound if you want a break from all the violence. A poker tournament involving 120 players from all over the game industry squared off at the GDC and played for the benefit of the Starlight Starbright Children's foundation, raising $24,000 in the process.

Lee Jacobson of Midway Home Entertainment was the supreme winner and took home a huge 37" Philips flatscreen TV. "I'm thrilled I won," said Jacobson. "But most importantly, the winners are the kids and their families. We played for them. I can't wait to come back next year and defend my title."

Equally thrilled was ISM Senior Partner Stew Kosoy who said "We were delighted to see so many people turn up to compete for fun and for charity." He then thanked the event's sponsors for the attractive prizes.

We mentioned a few hours ago that Clubhouse Games for the Nintendo DS will be coming out October 9th. Well, looks like someone got a head start and did a video preview of the game. Although, according to Jonah, they call this 42 All-time Classics (we think this is the European version of the same game).

We just can't say how much we'd like to play through all 42 games! Although, from what we gathered from the footage, some games (the cool ones) need to be unlocked by accomplishing other games in the Stamp level. As was mentioned before, it has chatting features so you can trash-talk after the game or bluff while playing Poker. Making full use of the touch-screen feature of the Nintendo DS is the title 42 All-Time Classics, which features 42 of the most popular games ever invented. The game allows you to play the classic games without having to deal with cumbersome boards or cards. Games that you can play in this package include Poker, Texas Hold 'Em, Darts, Chess, Backgammon and Mahjong.

Nintendo has released five new screens from the game collection 42 All-Time Classics, to go with our previous post that detailed the game's contents. As a new title in the Touch! Generations franchise, 42 All-Time Classics will give you hours and hours of entertainment.

The game features 42 of the most popular games ever invented ranging from card classics like Poker and Texas Hold ‘Em, board games such as Chess and Backgammon to bar games like Darts and Snooker. And should you ever run out of games to play in Single-Player modes (pretty unlikely by itself), you can try out the multi-player mode with up to seven friends, not only enabling you to play all the games in the collection together, but also offering a Pictochat-like communications feature that lets you bluff about your Poker hand just like in real life!

42 All-Time Classics hits European store shelves on September 29.
