We all know how big the Naruto manga, anime and gaming franchise is in Japan, but here's what we just found out: The loud ninja will debut his latest games in New York later this month and he plans to do it in style.Naruto: Clash of the Ninja Revolution for the Nintendo Wii and Naruto: Path of the Ninja for the Nintendo DS will launch on October 27th in North America and all eyes will be on the Nintendo World Store in New York when it happens at exactly 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. According to the day's plans, there will be a ramen-eating contest featuring some of the world's greatest gastronomic gladiators in an intense face-off. Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS stations will also be allotted to participants of a fighting game tournament. Finally, there will be a raffle to give away one-of-a-kind items like an engraved Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS. As a special treat to the Naruto faithful, the first 1,500 attendees wearing the trademark Naruto forehead protectors will get special gifts. Makes us wonder what they'll give people with sharingan contact lenses. Buy: [Naruto: Path of the Ninja (DS)] Buy: [Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution (Wii)] |

Video game news site Siliconera has posted a partial list of titles that will be available in playable form at this year's San Diego Comic Con. There are some big titles here too, like Blue Dragon, Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations and a bunch of Naruto titles, so try and check 'em out if you're stopping by on July 26 to 29.
So far, the Capcom booth has the most number of playable titles available, followed by the Foundation 9 and Viz Media booths. Of course, this is just a partial list. We have yet to hear from companies such as Sony, Square-Enix and Konami about what playable games they'll be offering. Keep checking back here for more updates.

D3Publisher of America's arsenal should prove to be more than just competent, as the company brings a healthy lineup to the table when E3 comes. As most of us know, the much anticipated Dead Head Fred is under that company's belt. Aside from the head splitting insanity, D3Publisher also have a couple of Naruto games across all platforms that otakus and gamers alike would embrace. Another hot title is Dark Sector - a third-person action game whose trailers ESRB had pulled out from the net. If that's not intriguing enough though, the promise of a dark, gritty experience packed with fast action, incredible superpowers and an engaging story should suffice. Players will find themselves in the shoes of Hayden Tenno, an elite black-ops agent who got his body altered by an infection which granted inhuman abilities. That said, here's the D3Publisher of America's complete lineup of games that they'll feature when E3 comes. Seek them out starting today up to July 13, at booths 425 and 427 of the Barker Hangar at sunny Santa Monica.

With video games becoming more and more expensive, keeping track of what games to buy and budgeting accordingly has become one of the most valuable skills in a gamer's arsenal. Today we have a release schedule for Ubisoft's upcoming games to help you keep track of your purchases.
The company's September lineup includes three new titles each for the Xbox 360, Wii and PC gaming platforms. Meanwhile, October should be a treat for Naruto fans, as the Ubisoft's first Naruto title, Naruto: Rise of a Ninja, is slated to hit retail stores on October 19. So far, November seems to be the biggest month with five different releases slated for that time. The titles - among them Haze and Assassin's Creed - are heavy hitters too. Anyway, you can check out the full release schedule below.
