consoles - Image 1It's numbers time yet again! Famitsu's come out with their hardware sales charts, albeit a bit late this week. Still on top: DSi. And what's this we see inching closer to the top, a mere 4,000 units shy? It's the PSP with 40,000, just a tad bit below the DSi who has 44,000. The Xbox 360, meanwhile, edges out over PS2 with just 2,000 more units sold.

Consoles - Image 1Well, Media Create's official Japanese hardware sales are out, and I'd have to say Famitsu pretty much had it down pat with their released estimates from yesterday, give or take a few couple of hundreds. Official numbers after the jump.
