Nintendo has circulated a press release chronicling the latest news in its ongoing battle against piracy. According to the press release, the Hong Kong High Court ordered the raid of facilities owned by Supreme Factory Limited earlier this month at Nintendo's request.

The raid turned up more than 10,000 game copying devices and mod chips used to play pirated Nintendo software. The seized copying devices were used mostly for pirating Nintendo DS games. The mod chips were mostly for use in Nintendo's Wii home video game console.

Documents found at the raid site connected Supreme Factory Limited to French company Divineo SARL. Divineo SARL and its principal, Max Louarn, have also been named in the legal action initiated by Nintendo.

Just yesterday we laid eyes upon the first images and information on the M3 DS Simply, and now, only a day later, pre-orders are being accepted by Divineo (China). Previous cartridges (slot-2) from the M3 and G6 team have been priced in the range of 80$, but with this new device it seems that you will only have to pay about half of that for the same great service. You may ask yourself, why is this so low compared to their previous cartridges? Simple, the M3 DS Simply does not support GBA files like some of their expensive slot-2 devices. No slot-1 device at this point in time supports GBA mode. The M3 DS Simply will hopefully turn out to be another great product from the M3 team, possibly beating off the #1 competitor in the scene, the DS-Xtreme.

We just got info from Divineo that M3 Adapter has just released an English "budget"  version of their acclaimed M3 Perfect Adapter for Nintendo DS/DS Lite. Now we took a quick look at M3 Adapter's official site and it didn't tell us much, maybe it's because the site probably is in need of an update, but we doubt that.

Anyway we might just have missed it, or failed to find it on their official site, but here's what Divineo says about it: "The M3 Pro takes all the features from the M3 Perfect beside the fact that it is not compatible with GBA (over 32M), with a lower price!"

Divineo recently announced their price for the DS-Xtreme 4gbit version. This version will hold 512mb of memory and will run you about 125$ (not including shipping) from your pocket. This is a very expensive NDS flashcart, but its high price is justified by its unique features. This flashcart features built-in no-pass support and a mini-USB (USB-B) connector so that you can connect directly to your PC. Once connected to your PC it is just a simple plug-in, drag and drop installation process. This will be one of the easiest flascarts to get up and running, but will also limit you to only .nds files (gba homebrew and ROMs are not playable).
