While professionalism has it that I reserve bashing the crap out of
things, Erik Estavillo is really asking for it. Let's face it, the guy
is on a suing spree from hell. Estavillo, more commonly known as "the banned
Resistance player that sued
Sony,
Microsoft, and
Nintendo", is now turning his eyes to
Blizzard, which is responsible for the evil moneymaker,
World of Warcraft.
To help make his case, he turns to Depeche Mode's Martin Lee Gore and
Winona Ryder - you'll know how that "makes sense" in just a bit.

While it's one thing to be updated with the theatrical launch of

If
Shigeru Miyamoto had just graduated, chances are, he won't even land a job with
Nintendo. He said so himself. This is coming from a man who's way, way up the corporate ladder and is a living legend in the industry. That said, the prolific game lord looks past the prestigious on-paper creds and scouts for talent from those who came from
ordinary colleges like himself.

When it comes to the two newest gaming portables, it seems that
Nintendo walked a better path than
Sony. Sure, the target market may be
different in some respects, with the DSi being aimed to the elderly as well, but when it comes right down to it, the new DSi LL is
selling better than the PSP Go.

The Wii might be in unfamiliar territory, facing decline for the first
time and all, but that doesn't mean that the console is down for the
count. A survey from the gifting service, Lottay, reveals that there is
twice more demand for the Wii than both its rival consoles combined.
The DS, too, is making its own presence felt, pulling a certain blue
hedgehog into its lineup. There's more where that came from, so let's
get the rundown going.

Australians are tired of getting the short end of the gaming stick. The
lack of an R18+ rating on the
OFLC means
that games with mature or adult content can easily be refused
classification and subsequently banned. They're not taking that lying
down. In fact, gamers Down Under are planning to march and hold a rally
demanding the implementation of an R18+ rating.
