Famitsu magazine has released the first (very colorful) scans for the upcoming Nintendo DS game, Tamagotchi. And here they are:

Bandai has recently launced a website for Tamagotchi. The page is all in Japanese and still pretty sparse, but is very colorful. You can check out the webpage here.

Rumors are spreading on various Japanese sites and blogs that Bandai is working on a version of Tamagotchi for Nintendo DS. Is there a more perfect “portable” game? Flip open your DS, play fetch with your dog for a few minutes on the subway on the way to your stop. As of now these are only rumors, but we will keep you informed.
