Nintendo DS coder Quipeace released v0.2 of his PaddleDS game, providing a graphical overhaul as well as a further-optimized code that now uses structs. For a brick-breaker type of gameplay, the ball sure moves a bit fast, but it adds more to the fun and the delighted swearing every time you miss the catch. Release 05/25/09 is now out for maRk2512's QuirkDS, the DS homebrew game that is a remake of the classic GameBoy title, Kwirk. You know, that character that looks like the Mr. Kool-Aid. Literally.

Homebrew coder maRk2512 is back with a new release of QuirkDS, a remake of the classic Gameboy game Kwirk. The new update has added lots of new features for the homebrew game like a titlescreen, new menu, profiles and more.

Heads up. DS coder Copper just released his Bombjack DS, adding an explosive homebrew game to the said platform. Despite the French developer, it's good to note that this one comes in English, so you might want to try this out.

Do you guys remember Squirm from Commodore 16? If you do, then it's time to get reacquainted with it, or if it's your first time to encounter it, it's time for you to get introduced. What we have here is a remake of the said classic in DS homebrew style by developer Zilog.

The dojo is in danger and saw-faced beasts are closing in. It's gonna be your job to whip out your kung fu moves and literally kick them out of the dojo before your master comes back. Fun concept combined with good graphics make this a very entertaining homebrew game. It even has a demo vid, check it out.
