According to the latest numbers from the Media Create marketing group in Japan, it seems like the same old tune was being played about the top contender in both the software and hardware sales charts. The numbers for the week of May 5 to May 11 revealed that both Nintendo's Mario Kart Wii and Capcom's Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G are once again the top charting titles in the country. More details about this in our full article after the jump. |

Those of you who were expecting to use your DS as a nifty PKE meter in the Wii version of Red Fly Studios' Ghostbusters (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, DS, and PC) will be sadly disappointed. Terminal Reality boss Mark Randel retracted an earlier statement which mentioned the inclusion of this supposed feature for the game. For more details, read our full article after the jump. |

The recent Byron report released in Europe gave the different classification groups in the region something to think about. Despite advocating a medium between both the BBFC and PEGI rating systems, ELSPA had its own opinion regarding the matter by favoring the PEGI Age Rating System as the sole classification system for video games in Europe. Find out the reason behind this by reading our full article after the jump. |

During the recent Sierra Spring Break 08 in Mallorca last week, Ghostbusters (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, DS, and PC) developer Terminal Reality clued everyone in on some of the neat compatibility features across platforms that the game will sport. Just how neat are we talking about? How about trying to use your DS as a substitute for the Wii version's in-game PKE meter? More details about this in our full article after the jump. |
