FTC - Image 1Another roadblock has appeared in the FTC's ongoing probe into EA's hostile takeover bid for Take-Two Interactive. EA and Take-Two - Image 1 Electronic Arts has announced that it will not buy Take-Two just yet. The company has made an agreement with the Federal Trade Commission that it will wait until the FTC finishes its probe into the takeover proposal. More in the full article.

Tecmo - Image 1 Tecmo has fired off a response to Tomonobu Itagaki's statement yesterday in which the Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive creator announced his departure from the company. In the statement, Itagaki also accused Tecmo of not paying him a pre-agreed bonus for Dead or Alive 4 as well as causing him "significant emotional distress". Tecmo's response at the full article.
