Hackaday has posted a mod for using ATX power supply for your Xbox 360. Might be an option when your big black brick goes over heat. You need to cut the power cord and wire it with a 5V plug, then connect it with the 5V output of the ATX power supply. Then, short-circuit pin 13 and 14 with a clip instead of cutting the wires in the original article. Hmm… at least this mod doesn’t noticeably void your warranty in case anything messed up… |
