It looks like Gamebrink is the first to come up with the latest in Dragon Sword happenings. They've got the very first footage of Tecmo's Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword in play, and it's certainly interesting to watch.

One of the first things you'll notice is that they really made good use of the screen now, making it look like a real split-screen movie from a stylish action flick. You've got your map on the left side, and your action happening on the touch screen. To attack, you simply tap the area you want to attack or make a quick sweep with your stylus.

Perhaps even cooler is how you get to use Ryu's ninpo specials. We're not completely sure if you have to trace the character or tap the ends of it, but completing it is pretty stylish, especially since you get to see Ryu pulling the ninpo technique on the left screen. While holding the screen up that way isn't for everyone, it certainly makes for some stylish ninjitsu action, minus the turtles. Enjoy the video!

Ninja Gaiden was awesome on Xbox, hopefully this will continue the tradition, I'm worried about the touch screen controls, I'm all for them, I just hope they work as advertised
