Na-sqb_wifi_max_and_ds_cd_jpg_100At last, you can connect your DS to the Internet easily, cheaply and WIRELESSLY! With WiFi MAX, a whole world of online gaming on your Nintendo DS is opened.

WiFi MAX for DS couldn't be simpler to use. Just plug your USB WiFi dongle into your internet-enabled PC to create a Wireless Access Point. Best of all, WiFi MAX supports up to five 'local' DS gamers at a time, so you and your mates can all play online at once with no loss of speed!

Na-rfy_DSC_0001_JPG_100As WiFi MAX operates on the Wireless G standard, it's five times faster than an ordinary WiFi connection, and if you use our USB cable and dongle stand (supplied), you can position your dongle to maximise WiFi range. If you have other WiFi-enabled devices Na-rfy_DSC_0008_JPG_100capable of using the internet, such as laptops or PDAs, you can take them online with WiFi MAX too. It's the ultimate device for internet surfing without a WiFi router!

Isnt this thing then just like a router? I mean, if I hook it up to my desktop, can I also surf the net with my WiFi enabled laptop anywhere in the house?

If its true than this really is the most cheapest wifi router available!

Are you serious? This thing costs $40, which is the average cost for a full router. You can find routers for $20-$30.

Also, if we are going to split hairs, this is not a router, it is a WLAN adapter.

Should have specified that I was talking about UK.

I think I may get one , it's smaller and more portable than a WAP , and I really dont need a router for 1 WiFi point

but as long as I could get decent speed with it , I may as well get one

Seems pretty awesome if it really can work with other things. I would be able to use it with my psp and any next gen consoles I might want to wirelessly get online with. Plus, its portable and simple.
