A new advertisement pinning yet another Star Wars console game has been spotted. Star Wars: The Clone Wars, according to the poster ad plastered on back of a game manual for LucasArts' LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures, is exclusively releasing on the Nintendo DS and Wii.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars was a cartoon series animated by Genndy Tartatovsky (Dexter's Laboratory, Samurai Jack) and was designed to fill in the gaps between the events that occurred in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. Moreover, it was meant to portray the events that lead to Anakin's degradation into the mistrusting person he was at Episode III.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars is being remade into a full-feature CGI flick sporting the same title, and it hopes to release this year. Since Star Wars Clone Wars already released for the Xbox, PS2, and GameCube earlier, you can predict that Star Wars: The Clone Wars will be based solely on the new film.

The ad shown behind the LEGO Indiana Jones (PlayStation 3, Wii, Xbox 360) manual asks you to visit clonewarsgame.com, but the domain just redirects to the official Star Wars site. Official confirmation hasn't been extracted from the publisher, but knowing LucasArts, this publicity is as official as it gets.
