I cant wait for it! I just hope it will have infrastructure and nothing is cut out from the ps2 part. (yes i know mem, but its 1.8 GB!! not a lot of games take up that much space.)

No, the PS3 hardware is better only because it’s newer; however, the deciding factor which will choose the winner of this console war is the content (games). Both consoles have numerous blockbuster (must-buy, ground-breaking, triple-A, console-selling) exclusive games. That’s why you must buy both consoles.

- Dynasty Gundam Musou (garbage): hack n slash
- Lair (garbage): aerial hack & slash
- Heavenly Sword (garbage): 20% God of War rip-off + 80% hack n slash
- Crysis like FPS from Crytek (garbage): best graphics + extremely boring gameplay
- Getaway (garbage): GTA rip-off
- The Eye of Judgment (garbage): another card game
- PS3 Home (garbage): don’t waste even 5 minutes on this

The fact that it's coming to PS2 is good enough news! I just hope that the gameplay doesn't suffer... since it's being made for newer systems with better specs.... I can deal with outdated graphics... just please keep the gameplay intact.
But if it's coming to PSP... I'm not sure if I'd want it for PS2 or PSP.

We gotta get out of the habit of saying next-gen
Xbox and Gamecube are both discontinued and the ps3 and wii were released LAST YEAR. I think collectively they need to be called "7th gen" consoles, since technically thats what they are.
