Boys and girls, listen up! It's time to stock up on DS and PSP Games because Circuit City is having an early summer sale for all the videogame junkies out there. A bunch of games are listed on sale for only $8.96. You're not dreaming and that's no typo! But before you zoom your way to the nearest Circuit City, please remember that not all stores will have all these games in stock. Also, don't be surprised if some stores put them aside for now, because technically, the sale doesn't start until the week of July 4. Oh, by the way, as it turns out, the sale also covers titles for the PS2, Xbox, Gamecube, and Gameboy Advance.

The Nintendo DS version of GoldenEye: Rogue Agent follows the situation and plot of the console games: you assume control of a 00 agent gone bad as he moves into the world of supervillany. Recruited by Auric Goldfinger in a war against Dr. No, you lose an eye in battle, only to have it replaced with a powerful gadget...giving you the nickname "GoldenEye." You'll meet up with familiar Bond characters such as Oddjob, Scaramanga, and Xenia Onnatop as you run through dozens of guns-blazing levels. Rogue Agent is segmented into six missions of first-person shooter action, each mission capped off with an intense boss battle against a familiar Bond foe. The Nintendo DS version enables you to hone your skills in a unique and exclusive Virtual Training mode where you can gain experience and earn upgrades for your weapons by taking out the bad guys in this training option. The game also takes advantage of the system's wireless multiplayer functions, offering deathmatch for as many as eight players.

Electronic Arts made good on its word first spoken last April by announcing that GoldenEye: Rogue Agent is now available for the Nintendo DS.

Rogue Agent puts a different spin on the traditional Bond games. As its name implies, gamers will get to twist their criminal moustaches as a Bond villain after getting the boot from the British Secret Service for recklessness. Famous Bond nemesis Auric Goldfinger takes players under his wing, outfits them with a superpowered robotic "GoldenEye," and teaches them how to be bad.

  

The first-person shooter features a single-player campaign with six missions, as well as wireless multiplayer support for up to eight players with just one copy of the game. The DS version features an exclusive virtual training mode that pits gamers against classic Bond villains so they can acquire unique weaponry upgrades.

GoldenEye: Rogue Agent is rated T for Teen and sells for $29.95. It will be available on Amazon.com June 15th.
