Shounen Jump has revealed that Final Fantasy III for the Nintendo DS will be WiFi Compatible. It will be a 3D remake of the NES classic. Final Fantasy III has never been released outside Japan before. It is the one Final Fantasy title never officially translated. The English Final Fantasy III for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System was in fact the Japanese Final Fantasy VI. Along with the news that it will be WiFi compatible, comes the news that it should be available this July! New artwork has also been scanned. |

a 3D remake of FF6 would be crap. FF6 was amazing in 2D, I think it would lose its feel if it went 3D.
We'll have to see about this game. The story sucked on the nes FF3j. The job system wasn't bad though.
