E3 2009 - Image 1

E3 2009 is just about to wrap up, and already, we have a date for next year's event. Talk about having an early start. Waaaay early. But we can't complain. After all, with all the preparations they did for this year's Expo, we saw one of the most exciting gaming conferences in quite a while. So bring the early preps on!

The Entertainment Software Association (ESA) told G4 that next year's Expo will be happening on June 15 to 17, 2010, still at the LA Convention Center. They seem to have gotten really comfy there, haven't they? It's still a full year ahead, but it sure doesn't hurt to check out your options now.

And to ESA, a wholehearted congratulations for bringing home the bacon (hold the swine flu, please) to the table. For an event that was proclaimed clinically dead just last year, this was certainly the comeback that proved all naysayers wrong.

Keep up the good work, and thanks for a great event!

I just have to wonder what Michael Pachter thinks of E3 this year. Does he still think it's gonna be extinct soon?
