E3 2007: Warhammer 40,000: Squad Command DS, PSP screenshots

Strategy fanatics have welcomed the announcement of THQ's upcoming handheld title Warhammer 40,000: Squad Command (DS, PlayStation Portable). This game is a turn-based strategy title set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe and has fully destructible 3D environments and over 20 weapons to hurt opponents with.

In the game's single-player campaign, players take control of the Imperium's Ultramarines to fight the Chaos Space Marines through 13 cinematically-tied missions. Both versions also offer multiplayer support pitting gamers against each other in 9 unique missions.

Today we got a bunch of screenshots of the DS and PSP versions of Warhammer 40,000: Squad Command straight out of this year's E3 Media and Business Summit. You can check all of them out below.

A long-time WH40k fan, I surely hope this one doesn't flop... Tho ability to play woth other Chapters than just Ultramarines would have been appreciated... Oh well, wait and see.

that sweet that they made it so u only command one squad makes it hard and more challenging but only two races that sucks! i want to play as eldar or tyranid or even necron! sure chaos is in there but maybe i want to play them in campain not just in multiplayer!
