The folks from Renegade Kid weren't joking around when they gave Dementium: The Ward its title. Aside from being the scariest horror title we've seen on the Nintendo DS, the game's trailers are also demented. Take this new one for example, called The Hammer.

Before any attempts to watch the video of Dementium: The Ward below, we'll have to make proper warnings: it is not for the faint hearted. What you'll find is not something that looks like an advertisement for a Nintendo DS title at first glance. In fact, if it weren't for a few seconds of gameplay footage near the end, you'd think the video is just some prank to scare people.
