ColorConvert is a really simple tool from BigBob85 - he says so himself. This DS brewed app converts the RGB color in four different formats.

To use it, just enter your color on top, select what format it is in, hit convert, and voila. Your RGB color is converted into hex, 0-225, 0-31 and as the value in PA_RGB format.

Do take note that this requires .NET 2.0 in order to run. Since Vista has this pre-installed, too, then maybe you can go ahead try it out there as well.
