Boys and girls, listen up! It's time to stock up on DS and PSP Games
because Circuit City is having an early summer sale for all the
videogame junkies out there. A bunch of games are listed on sale for
only $8.96. You're not dreaming and that's no typo! But before you zoom
your way to the nearest Circuit City, please remember that not all
stores will have all these games in stock. Also, don't be surprised if
some stores put them aside for now, because technically, the sale
doesn't start until the week of July 4. Oh, by the way, as it turns
out, the sale also covers titles for the PS2, Xbox, Gamecube, and

Electronic Arts today announced that Burnout Legends has shipped to North American retailers for the Nintendo DS portable video game system. Burnout Legends sets the standard for on-the-go automotive anarchy, combining the series? trademark speed, destruction and depth with new features, gameplay refinements and connectivity. Built from the ground-up for the Nintendo DS, Burnout Legends uses the touch screen to allow gamers to control their car in spectacular crashes by employing ?aftertouch.? The game also features nine gameplay modes, including crash, road rage, pursuit and white-knuckle multiplayer via Wi-Fi. Burnout Legends delivers updated versions of the most explosive moments from Burnout, Burnout 2: Point of Impact and Burnout 3: Takedown, with new gameplay, new cars and new surprises. Source: IGN IGN reports that in an EA catalog issued to retailers recently, Burnout Legends has been announced as an upcoming DS title. The DS version lists a TBD release date, while the PSP version is slated for a summer 2005 release. IGN states that EA reps had no comment about the DS release, saying that they have not made any official announcements regarding Burnout Legends for the DS. |
