With the beginning of this September comes the end of the Neo Summer Coding Competition 2007. We'll be reporting this year's applications and games that set themselves apart from the contest's 65 entries. For the PSP division, Brunni's MasterBoy emulator takes the lead among the applications. Helius' Ozone takes it to the upper atmosphere for the games category.

For the DS, alekmaul's DSMasterplus emulator took first place among the applications, while Tassu's Whee!DS 2 took top scores in the games category. Each of these top winners wins a US$ 300.00 in cash, along with a prize of their choice. We'll be posting the full winner's list here.
