Montreal, Canada - Image 1The 5th Montreal International Game Summit will be marking its return this year on November 18 and 19 at last year's venue, Palais des congrès de Montréal. And you might want to smell some Canadian air for yourself because for the first time, activities will be lined up for the general public for free.

That's right, event organizers Alliance numerique has confirmed that you can participate there at Montreal. Now if you were sympathetic to the summit's goals, you'd help offset last year's 1,200 attendees. This year's theme is particularly interesting as it will focus on demystifying the video gaming industry.

Still ironing out the final details for the Montreal International Game Summit, Alliance numerique is also calling out for experts from the video gaming industry (as well as for film and IT) to speak on the event come November. More updates here at QJ.NET as we retrieve them.
